Fort Collins Utilities has adjusted their peak hours window. This change went into effect on Oct. 1 switching the peak hours period to 5-9pm. The main goals and reasons behind this are to align energy costs with demand and environmental considerations. Off-peak pricing remains in effect throughout all other hours outside of that window.
